It sounds simple.

The Finished Bags Still Need to Be Checked
When production is complete, the bags aren't simply packed into cartons and forgotten about.
Finished products should be inspected before shipment.
The checks will depend on the product, but can include appearance, construction, dimensions, hardware, stitching, functionality, and general finishing.
This is especially important for a startup.
Your first production run isn't just inventory.
It's the product that customers will associate with your brand.

Production Reveals the Value of Good Development
This is probably the biggest thing new founders learn once they go through their first manufacturing run.
Production doesn't replace product development.

If the measurements weren't finalised, making more units won't make them correct.
If the material wasn't properly considered, a larger order only increases the amount of material involved in the mistake.
