Staffing and Direction

The Staff forms a very important element of the IVF laboratory. The annual number of cycles should reflect the laboratory staff. Laboratories performing up to 150 retrievals and/or cryopreservation cycles per year need, as a matter of practice, to always have at least two certified clinical embryologists in their staff.
