Akinco's Acoustic Stretch Fabric System combines genuine sound absorption with a clean, contemporary look, which is why it's become a go to choice for architects and interior designers working on ceilings and walls across the UAE. The system works by stretching a fine, acoustically transparent fabric over a track mounted frame, hiding an absorptive core behind a smooth, unbroken surface. No visible fixings, no panel joints, just a seamless finish from wall to wall or across an entire ceiling plane. The fabric itself comes in a range of colours and textures, so the acoustic treatment can be tailored to match, rather than compromise, the design intent of a space.
It's a versatile solution, suited to corporate offices, hotels, restaurants, retail spaces, auditoriums, and residential interiors alike, anywhere acoustic comfort needs to go hand in hand with clean visual lines. Because the fabric is stretched rather than installed panel by panel, designers have room to create large, flowing surfaces, curved forms, and even backlit effects, the kind of detail that's tough to pull off with conventional acoustic panels. The result is a space that looks considered and calm, while still doing the practical work of controlling reverberation and unwanted noise. Ceilings in particular benefit, since the stretched fabric can span long distances without the grid lines typical of suspended tile systems.
Businesses and consultants across Oman turn to Akinco for dependable lead times, consistent quality, and hands on support from specification through installation. The team works closely with designers early in the process, helping translate acoustic requirements into a finished look that fits the wider interior concept, rather than treating acoustic treatment as an afterthought. This collaborative approach often saves time later in the project, since acoustic performance and aesthetic goals are addressed together from the start rather than reworked after installation.
Whether it's a boardroom that needs speech privacy, a restaurant managing chatter and cutlery noise, or an open plan office looking to cut down on distraction, Akinco's Acoustic Design Panels offer a practical, tried and tested way to manage noise while elevating the space itself. The system suits both new builds and renovation projects, and adapts well to curved or irregular architectural features that standard panels can't easily follow, making it a flexible option for ambitious design briefs.
